Unmotivated employess =Anti-Marketing

26 12 2009

When it comes to sell products or services ,nowadays clients  need information, they  like  to evaluate things, they want  personalized goods. That’s why it’s very important to create intern marketing campaigns in the companies where the employee is completely convinced about the value proposition of the company, otherwise they would find the  way only to “do the  simplest work with the less effort” and in this  time  that’s not  possible, this is the  time of the ONE on ONE  with the costumer!!! We don’t wanna loose   a client just because of work bureaucracy.

External communication it’s a must in every company, but what if all your employees speak out of your brand? They became the communicators, the ambassadors and fans your brand. This is a way to not only create buzz about your brand but to build a reputation that goes online and off line.

So, if you want to grow your sales or to deliver better services the main  key it’s not only to put out a message  to potential clients but  to convince your collaborators that there’s no better  brand than  yours…It’s a way  to  create  promoters who  would speak out  for   your brand!

Motivated employees=Brand Communicators=Buzz building for your brand=Brand Reputation and Word of Mouth

Marketing Everywhere

herald square

While I was walking in the streets of NY in the area of Herald Square something awake my curiosity and it was someone that was selling some kind of purses and T-shirts with the logo Of I LOVE NY, but the interesting thingwas that this guy was all marketing it self; he was wearing a very special suit that you just can’t avoid seeing and that’s when I notice that ” every one of us is a promoter all the time”, whether you are a doctor, homeless, Street artists.

I mean everybody needs a marketing strategy per say or at least develop some kind Of stimulus that can communicate your value proposition and at the same time evoke memories into the receiver of the message…so if you hate marketing I have to tell you that all the time  you are trying to persuade or to convince somebody you are doing some kind of marketing!

Big companies Learn from Smaller Business

30 11 2009

Nowadays small companies know exactly what its happening in the battlefield because they applied different strategies and solutions and if something don’t work they just  change it  right  away, there’s no hierarchy there or bureaucracy, they just  do what they  gotta  do.

Technology is changing as well the way we communicate; you can’t expect to sell your product as usual , you gotta bring down that creativity.

In big companies its complicated to make changes, because there are some communication barriers, my friend what im telling you is to tear down those barriers and let the changes and adjustments Flow, because otherwise you can’t keep up.

Noting has to be perfect, but at least you have to let those changes  happen in some how.

Nothing it’s too serious

9 11 2009

When it comes to do business everybody change, some people or companies became very uptight and others just become like a freaking robot that it’s just too square to understand anything.
Chill out and laid back, all you gotta do is to find your tone and make sure what’s the message do you want to send to your costumer. Remember that your costumers are people, they want to perceivea brand as a personal matter and approachable. The time of the big-corporate-things has ended it’s a new era where people don’t want that, I don’t want that and I sure my friend that you don’t want that.
People are looking for emotions, excitement, experiences and if you can’t provide that, you are in the wrong track, because we don’t want boring things, they want to feel unique and original, that’s what it’s all about.
In orders to achieve that all you gotta do, is listen, because everybody has something important to say especially when those people are your clients.
Change something in your company, even a small detail, because in life and arts you have to reinvent yourself, come on change the formula baby!

New Media is Rockin the House

7 11 2009

The impact of social media in the  pop culture has been huge, even in the most simple things. Relationships ,work ,advertising, the way  we  consume media, we  are hungry  users we want content that it´s easy to consume and we want it to be entertain.

Companies at first ignored this movement that  was  happening among the people, but now they want a piece of it, some or those had been doing a great job engaging consumers but others mmm… just build their “Twitter feed” and never update it or  even worst they fill your feed with spammy messages. Thank god the Twitter list appear  :) .

Now, the  users & consumers are in charge and some companies are really scared about that,I mean, they shouldn’t because if  you learn to listen to the users you got the greatest ideas and as well they  get more involve with your brand.

This is the time of the people, consumers and users…they set the rules
